ROR1 and ROR2 are orphan receptor tyrosine kinases, which are most closely related to the MuSK and Trk family of neurotrophin receptors. They have an extracellular coil-like cysteine-rich domain and a three-ring domain near the membrane end, both of which are assumed to mediate protein-protein interactions [1-3] . In Caenorhabditis elegans, Drosophila, mice and humans, the ROR family RTK is very conservative in evolution [1,4] . Although the function of ROR kinase is unclear, based on the similarity between ROR and MuSK and Trk kinases, it can be inferred that ROR kinase can regulate the development of synapses. CAM-1 is a homologous gene of ROR family RTK in Caenorhabditis elegans. It plays a variety of important roles in the regulation of cell migration, asymmetric cell division polarity, and neuronal axon proliferation during worm development [4 ] . mROR1 and mROR2 may play different roles in the development of the nervous system [5] . This product is ROR1-FC recombinant protein ( FC tag can be removed by enterokinase), which can be used for monoclonal antibody screening or antibody function verification.
