Siglec15 is a DAP12-related immune receptor, belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily and SIGLEC (sialic acid-binding insulin-like lectin) family. Siglecs are cell surface proteins that bind sialic acid. They mainly exist on the surface of immune cells and are a subset of type I lectins. Siglec15 consists of an immunoglobulin-like domain, a transmembrane domain and a short cytoplasmic tail. Siglec15 recognizes sialic acid glycans and regulates osteoclast differentiation. Siglec15 is a potential therapeutic target for osteoporosis and has a conservative regulatory role in the vertebrate immune system. This product is Siglec15-FC recombinant protein (FC tag can be removed by enterokinase), which can be used for monoclonal antibody screening or antibody function verification.
